Qualifications

• High School Grad/GE Degree and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include ordering laboratory supplies and equipment, tracking inventory and shipments, coordinating with vendors and university purchasing offices, maintaining organized records and documentation, scheduling equipment maintenance and service, monitoring routine operational needs, and handling other detail-oriented administrative tasks that keep the laboratory running smoothly.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the research laboratory.
• Performs additional duties as assigned. Provide and maintain expertise in innovative solutions focused on the responsible stewardship of Penn Dental Medicine and its community experience.
