Porters Neck Village is seeking a part-time Utility Worker/Dishwasher to join our hospitality-focused team in Wilmington, NC. The role includes dishwashing, pot washing, and general kitchen cleaning, with duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• English comprehension required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Experience in restaurant or senior living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas.
• Set up the dish/pot washing area and equipment.
• Wash pots, dishes and utensils; clean production surfaces.
• Assist with meal deliveries and buffet line as needed.
• Train in prep cook area as time allows.
• Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times.
