Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for an evening shift from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm in Naperville. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, and kitchen equipment to support a clean and efficient dining operation.

This role relies on teamwork, friendly communication, and a positive attitude. Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required; reliability and the ability to stand for long periods are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
