Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots and pans, utensils and food prep machines and keep floors clean.
• Maintain the kitchen, dishwashing and back area in inspection-ready condition.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines and report maintenance or hazard issues to the manager.
• Assist in light food preparation as directed by the manager.
• Keep waste bins area clean and tidy and ensure proper disposal.
