Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group seeks a part-time Dishwasher for our senior living communities in Hudson, OH. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment while supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Prior dishwashing is preferred but not required. The role emphasizes teamwork, positive attitude, and clear communication with residents, families, and staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
