Rusty Lantern Markets LLC is seeking a part-time Kitchen Team Member in Turner, ME. The role focuses on preparing meals, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering quality customer service at the counter.

You will work in a busy kitchen, support menu planning, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized while contributing to a positive team environment. Two PT shifts available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation or cooking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation.
• Familiarity with menu planning is a plus but not required.
• Experience in the food service industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene practices are followed during food preparation and handling.

Hours:

We are hiring for two part time positions. The hours are 4:00 am - 12:00 pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

or

Saturday and Sunday 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with the ability to pick up extra shifts if you would like.
