Responsibilities

• Load and unload trays into a commercial dishwasher or wash dishes manually using wash, rinse and sanitize methods.
• Maintain high water temperatures and proper sanitizers for cleanliness.
• Inspect washed trays/dishes for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete daily logs for temperature and sanitation checks.
• Keep wash area clean and report machine concerns; perform weekly deliming and maintenance.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during meal service times.
