Job summary

Allegro Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper for Alto Wheaton in Wheaton, IL. This role offers predictable hours (11:00am–7:00pm) with no late nights, a supportive team, and benefits.

You will wash dishes, maintain a clean kitchen, assist the culinary team, restock supplies, and contribute to a well-run dining operation for residents. 18+ and 6+ months food service preferred.

• 6+ months food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, flatware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen during every shift
• Support the culinary team with basic prep and kitchen tasks as needed
• Restock supplies and keep stations ready during the shift
• Be a dependable, team-first presence in a well-run kitchen
• Properly set and bus tables, assist the Cook as needed, and complete cleaning duties
