Responsibilities

• Washes and prepares raw food ingredients per recipe cards or memory
• Operate power-driven machinery to prepare ingredients
• Cook, sauté, boil and fry food items
• Ensure food is cooked, reheated, cooled, dated, rotated and stored safely
• Demonstrate understanding of the menu
• Assist with serving orders and guest needs
