Prestonwood Country Club, Inc. in Cary, NC is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Expeditor for our Red Fox Restaurant. This entry-level role is ideal for students, assisting our award-winning Culinary team while supporting communication between front and back of house.

Responsibilities include checking orders, relaying tickets, and training on menu items. Availability for PM shifts (4pm-10pm) and weekends/holidays is required; background check and eligibility to work in the United States are a must.

Qualifications

• Must have hospitality experience or related field.
• Willingness to learn and follow recipes and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Check orders and instructions as tickets come into the kitchen and call out orders to the line.
• Assemble trays and ensure proper plating for dining room service.
• Serve as communication between Front and Back of the House and maintain knowledge of all menu items.
