Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, glassware, flatware and pots & pans.
• Assist cooks with pot washing and inventory stocking as needed.
• Maintain sanitation logs and ensure proper handling of food service ware.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and workplace guidelines as directed.
