Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and serves nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with established guidelines and schedules.
• Assists in preparation of meals.
• Stores, refrigerates, and freezes foods in a safe manner.
• Cleans dining area and kitchen facilities/equipment; maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dining area.
• Maintains inventory of kitchen food and supplies to meet needs of kitchen.
• Receive donated goods and process gifts-in-kind documentation.
