Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a kitchen or food service environment.
• MANDATORY: Must pass a criminal background check.
• Preferred: Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
• Preferred: Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing kitchen floors and surfaces.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to ensure they are in good working order.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables following health and safety regulations.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks as scheduled, including ovens, refrigerators, and storage areas.
• Other duties may be assigned.
