Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking compassionate After-School Yoga Instructors to lead calming, fun yoga classes for students across the Bay Area. This part-time role offers Weekdays with 2–5 hours per week, at multiple Bay Area locations.

Local candidates only; must be authorized to work in the US. Responsibilities include teaching age-appropriate classes for 5–10 year olds, using provided lesson plans, transporting mats, taking attendance, and communicating with parents.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required or preferred
• Yoga experience (teaching or personal practice) is a plus but not required
• Must enjoy working with kids and managing a calm, professional classroom
• Flexible, reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic with strong communication skills
• Must pass a live scan background check and be fully vaccinated

Responsibilities

• Teach age-appropriate yoga classes (8–10 students) using provided lesson plans
• Create a positive and engaging environment for students aged 5–10
• Transport and set up mats and other yoga materials
• Take attendance, sign students in/out, and communicate with parents and staff
• Capture session highlights with photos
• Attend unpaid training/shadowing sessions to learn our program structure
