The Keyholder is responsible for supporting overall sales, staff, merchandise, and customer service, while promoting a sales culture to build productivity and passion for the brand. This position ensures all customers receive exemplary service and a positive store/brand experience.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
SALES GENERATION:
  • Meet sales goals and motivate sales staff to achieve them.
  • Support the development of associates' sales techniques, ensuring high levels of sales and service to maximize revenue.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and facilitate fluent selling.
  • Lead sales efforts on the floor and collaborate with management on marketing opportunities.
  • Work with the Store Manager to develop events and incentives to grow the customer base, especially locally.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
  • Ensure all associates deliver high-level customer service to achieve World Class Service standards.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients via client books and databases.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist with customer service issues such as returns and defective merchandise.
  • Empower associates to make decisions in the best interest of customers, supporting the company's philosophy.
