About You

About The Role

As a Keyholder, you are responsible for delivering on client expectations and growing the clientele through strong relationships. You will handle cash reconciliation, open and close the store on a rotational basis, and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales goals. You will create a welcoming environment and maintain visual standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Create a warm and welcoming in-store environment, maintaining visual standards.
2. Maintain an effective clientele book, understanding the surrounding community and catering to potential clients.
3. Learn product details and communicate them effectively to clients.
4. Handle transfers, returns, and necessary paperwork.
5. Manage in-store RTVs, damages, etc., as needed.
6. Handle weekly bank deposits.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-4+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective selling techniques to achieve sales and repeat business.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $21-$22/hour + Equity + commission.
• Part-time, non-exempt position.
