Job summary

Columbia School District is seeking a part-time JV Softball Coach to lead our girls' softball program. The ideal candidate will organize training sessions, teach fundamentals, prepare the team for competition, and maintain individual and team statistics.

Coaching experience preferred, AED/CPR certification required, and completion of MHSAA rules meeting. Communicate effectively with players, parents, media and staff, and serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Organize meaningful training sessions and practices

• Enforce team rules and standards consistently
