This role involves assisting with residential and commercial junk removal, lifting bulky items, and safely moving loads through tight spaces while maintaining a professional appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and show up on time.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in Florida.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, load, and unload furniture and appliances.
• Assist with residential and commercial junk removal.
• Move items safely through homes, stairways, and tight spaces.
• Load and organize items in the truck.
• Use hand trucks, dollies, straps, and other equipment.
• Spot the driver when backing or maneuvering the truck.
• Sweep, rake, and clean work areas before leaving.
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and staff.
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions.
• Assist at disposal sites when needed.
• Help keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
