Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour plus tips. The job is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring good communication, reliability, and a strong work ethic to ensure every job is completed neatly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual and able to arrive on time.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy/bulky items.
• Willingness to work outdoors in Florida weather.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, load, and unload furniture, appliances, and other heavy or bulky items
• Assist with residential and commercial junk removal jobs
• Safely move items through homes, apartments, stairways, hallways, and tight spaces
• Load and organize items safely in the truck
• Use hand trucks, dollies, straps, and other basic equipment
• Spot the driver when backing or maneuvering the truck
• Sweep, rake, and clean job areas before leaving
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers and property staff
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions
• Assist at disposal sites when needed
• Help keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
