Responsibilities

• Assist Cook Supervisor with any preparation needs.
• Set up serving lines and manage food items.
• Follow standardized recipes and count portions.
• Ensure that food is labeled and dated appropriately by standards.
• Maintain time and temperature logs with accuracy.
• Handle cash and make change accurately and provide friendly service to students and customers.
