Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Part-Time Junior Graphic Designer to create and optimize marketing materials across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with marketers and developers to execute projects in a hybrid Delray Beach setting.

The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a portfolio showcasing design skills and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Job description

Part-Time Junior Graphic Designer

will conceptualize and optimize marketing materials for use across digital and physical platforms. This position closely collaborates with marketers and developers to execute projects. This is a part-time hourly position will begin at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours per week based on business needs and workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the brand’s mission, services and marketing goals.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Design and prepare digital and print marketing materials for execution across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to the brand’s layout and photography decisions.
• Listen to feedback and revise graphic assets accordingly.
• Propose viable design solutions.

• Support the Care Options for Kids mission of making a difference in the lives of children and families through compassionate, one-to-one pediatric care.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all client, caregiver, employee, and business information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and company procedures.
• Use company resources responsibly.
• Report to work as assigned or scheduled timely. Follow procedures for notification of absence or time-off requests.
