Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a per diem Job Coach for flexible, part-time work that fits around your schedule. You will help individuals with intellectual and learning disabilities gain employment, independence, and meaningful outcomes.

The role involves on-site training, progress monitoring, collaboration with employers, and advocating for accommodations. Requirements: High School Diploma, 2 years' experience with ID/ASD, and a valid driver's license (car insurance preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years' experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or ASD.
• Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess strengths and develop job coaching strategies for multiple individuals.
• Plan and implement a coaching approach to foster independence and employability.
• Provide on-site training and collaborate with employers to support accommodations when needed.
• Monitor progress and give constructive feedback to help clients succeed.
