Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Chandler Fashion Center to deliver a world-class shopping experience, exceed sales goals, and engage fans with authentic product knowledge. Core Staff are part-time, with consistent schedules, ensuring reliable support for both our team and customers.

You will help build brand loyalty by connecting with shoppers, handling duties across store functions, and mentoring new team members while living our Dream, Care, Dare, Deliver values.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication in written and verbal form.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; availability for at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks may require 12–21 hours and up to 30 hours per week.
