Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will connect with fans, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales while representing the Pandora brand with passion and knowledge.

You will help create memorable shopping moments, contribute to store operations, and participate in cross-training across functions. This role supports nights, weekends, and holiday shifts with a friendly, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; minimum 20 hours per week.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Schedule may include up to 30 hours per week (13–18 hours variability in peak weeks).
• Bonus potential and 401K plan are offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class in-store experience and surpass sales goals.
• Build brand loyalty by engaging with fans and showcasing product knowledge.
• Act as a brand ambassador to create memorable shopping moments.
• Mentor and support new team members while cross-training across store functions.
