Job summary

Pandora in Mission Viejo, CA is hiring a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class shopping experience and help exceed sales targets. You’ll engage fans with product knowledge, build brand loyalty, and support store operations with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication; written and verbal.
• Able to charm and captivate an audience at all levels.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; available at least 20 hours per week.
• Base weeks up to 12 hours; peak weeks up to 21 hours; not more than 30 hours per week.
