Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate at our California location. You will deliver a world-class shopping experience, exceed sales goals, and share product knowledge to inspire customers.

You’ll engage fans, build loyalty, and help maintain brand standards with a focus on excellent customer service. The role requires at least 1 year of high-performance selling experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience.
• 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours up to 12 in base weeks, 21 during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a world-class in-store experience and surpass sales goals.
• Provide product knowledge and build brand loyalty.
• Engage with fans, craft memorable shopping moments, and foster connections beyond transactions.
• Maintain merchandising and store operational standards.
• Cross-train across store functions and mentor new team members; perform other duties as assigned.
