Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class jewellery shopping experience at our Bloomington store in Minnesota. You will exceed sales goals, build genuine connections with fans, and share product knowledge to inspire brand loyalty.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience in a high-performance environment, 18+ with valid work eligibility, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
• Charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be 18 years or older and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; may stand for extended periods; ability to lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability for peak/critical shifts including weekends.
