Job summary

Pandora with the Mall of America store is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class experience, exceed sales goals, and engage with fans. You will share product knowledge, inspire style choices, and help craft memorable moments while supporting store operations and cross-training across functions.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of high-performance selling experience, strong care in communication, and the charm to connect with customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels.
• 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks may require 30 hours.
