Pandora Waikele Premium Outlets in Hawaii is hiring Part-Time Core Sales Associates to deliver a world-class shopping experience, exceed sales goals, and embody our brand passion. As a Core Staff member, you will share product knowledge, engage fans, and help keep the store running smoothly with reliable scheduling.

We seek an enthusiastic, driven individual with at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods; able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks may reach 30 hours.
• Dependability for peak hours and critical shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class shopping experience and surpass sales goals.
• Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style jewelry.
• Engage fans to build brand loyalty and lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and store operational standards.
• Meet KPIs and be cross-trained across store functions; mentor new team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
