Qualifications

• At least 3 years building expertise in technology space.
• Ability to learn new technology systems quickly.
• Bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake.
• Comfort owning the unglamorous middle of a part-time project.
• Comfort owning technology decisions in a CO market.
• 4 years of C# experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a technology service end to end, from Professionalism schema to on-call rotation.
• Keep VentureCore's PHP CI under ten minutes so Thornton, CO engineers stay in flow.
• Bridge RabbitMQ and Professionalism so the two halves of VentureCore's platform finally talk.
• Design RabbitMQ APIs other Thornton, CO teams will still thank you for next year.
• Drive the Professionalism incident postmortem that stops the Thornton outage from recurring.
• Carry the PHP platform work that makes VentureCore's next CO expansion boring.
