ESFM, the facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is hiring for a part-time Lead Janitor at 2555 Bishop Circle W, Dexter, MI 48130. The role focuses on training custodial staff, overseeing training activities, and serving as a resource on cleaning methods and equipment. Schedule is Monday–Friday with hours that may vary.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. This position supports compliance and safety initiatives while delivering a high standard of facility

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train.
• Part-time role with Monday–Friday schedule (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Conducts training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
• Conducts one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates and trains on use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
• Copies training materials and handles administrative tasks.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation and reviews trainee records for compliance.
• Performs safety reviews to ensure OSHA and company policy compliance.
• Performs building walkthroughs and other duties as assigned.
