Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties (floors, walls, glass, rugs).
• Dusts and damp mops floors.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning; returns to proper place.
• Sanitizes surfaces following eight-step procedure.
• Cleans walls, windows, bases, and furniture.
• Identifies areas needing cleaning and completes tasks.
• Follows all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets.
• Contributes to a professional, safe environment for staff and visitors.
