Anytime Fitness in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dependable Part-Time Janitorial Team Member to help keep four locations clean, safe, and welcoming for members. You will perform routine cleaning of gym floors, bathrooms, and common areas, and restock supplies.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, physical ability to lift and stand for long periods, and flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or cleaning work preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Own reliable transportation to and between locations.

• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces including machines.
• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and hygiene stations throughout the facility.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners on a regular schedule.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and shower areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure the facility meets health and safety cleanliness standards at all times.

• Perform routine cleaning of gym floors, equipment, bathrooms, mirrors, and common areas
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces including machines
• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and hygiene stations throughout the facility

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and shower areas
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Ensure the facility meets health and safety cleanliness standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, approximately 5 hours dedicated to each location each week
• Dependable daily transportation to and between locations
