Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Minnesota is seeking a part-time custodian to maintain clean and healthy environments for our buildings. The role runs Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 9am, performing sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and equipment handling.

No prior experience is required, though 1-2 years as a custodian is a plus; on-the-job training is provided. This position offers opportunities for advancement and paid training, with a positive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Part-time position with morning shift from 7:30am to 9am.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided products and procedures.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, clean windows, move furniture as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use PPE as required.
• Open/close facilities and manage security system as needed.
• Be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and team-oriented.
