Job summary

MCS, Inc is seeking a reliable Janitorial/Sanitation supervisor in Langhorne, PA. Part-time role, 16 hours per week, 1 pm–4 pm, paying $16.00 per hour. You will lead janitorial staff, perform cleaning duties, and coordinate with property management to keep client spaces clean and welcoming.

Training is provided; high school diploma preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Smartphone required for clocking in/out.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening duties by the team daily.
• Pressure wash daily as scheduled.
• Operate parking lot sweeper as scheduled.
• Provide weekly reports to Property and MRI Management.
• Operate auto scrubbing floor equipment.
• Paint touch-ups as needed.
• Repair drywall and resurface as needed.
• Remove graffiti if needed.
• Handle residential trash dumpster removal/replacement.
• Clean and pressure wash all trash containers.
• Clean and pressure wash all trash collection rooms.
• Hire and train janitorial staff as needed.
• Supervise staff to complete daily/weekly/monthly tasks on time.
• Ensure all shifts are covered for fulfillment.
• Enforce safety protocols across the team.
• Participate in property staff meetings.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, communicate, and be proactive.
• Collaborate with Property Management on events.
• Tenant communication coordinator during construction.
