Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
• Able to make outbound calls and meet clients in person.
• Strong, professional communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and spreadsheets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within central Oklahoma communities.
• Previous janitorial or facility-services sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective commercial customers.
• Make outbound calls to introduce cleaning services and offer estimates.
• Visit local businesses to develop sales opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct facility walkthroughs to assess needs.
• Communicate facility requirements for proposals and pricing.
• Follow up after estimates and help secure new accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Maintain records of calls, appointments and sales activity.
• Provide regular updates on prospects and opportunities.
• Assist with coordination of newly acquired accounts.
