Responsabilidades del Puesto

• Limpiar y desinfectar oficinas, áreas comunes, baños y salas de descanso.


• Barrer, trapear, aspirar y mantener los pisos limpios.


• Vaciar los botes de basura y reemplazar las bolsas.


• Sacudir y limpiar superficies, muebles y accesorios.


• Reabastecer los suministros de los baños y mantener la limpieza del edificio.


• Seguir los horarios de limpieza y los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos.


• Informar a los supervisores sobre cualquier problema de mantenimiento o necesidad de suministros.

Requisitos

• Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza comercial, pero no es obligatoria.


• Ser responsable, puntual y prestar atención a los detalles.


• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.


• Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas de limpieza, incluyendo estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar suministros de limpieza.
