Qualifications

• Prefers experience in cleaning, janitorial work strongly considered but not required.
• Must be dependable and punctual with attention to detail.

• Capable of physical cleaning duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to follow cleaning instructions and safety procedures.

• Barrer, trapear, aspirar y mantener los pisos limpios.
• Vaciar los botes de basura y reemplazar las bolsas.
• Sacudir y limpiar superficies, muebles y accesorios.
• Reabastecer los suministros de los baños y mantener la limpieza del edificio.
• Seguir los horarios de limpieza y los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos.
• Informar a los supervisores sobre cualquier problema de mantenimiento o necesidad de suministros.

Requisitos

• Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza comercial, pero no es obligatoria.
• Ser responsable, puntual y prestar atención a los detalles.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
• Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas de limpieza, incluyendo estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar suministros de limpieza.
• Contar con transporte confiable para llegar al trabajo.
• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones de limpieza y procedimientos de seguridad.
