Job Requirements

• Experience as a Building Supervisor.
• Complete daily reports and communicate with management.
• Assign tasks, follow up on work orders, and work with the crew as needed.
• Train employees on cleaning and disinfecting techniques.
• Ensure safety rules are followed.
• Manage supply orders and equipment maintenance.
• Read and write English; experience in carpet and floor care preferred.
• Must be confident, assertive, flexible, team-oriented, and professional.
• Strong time management, customer service commitment, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and spend long hours on your feet.
• Pass background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
