Cleans office areas, classrooms, hallways, lobbies, breakrooms/cafeterias, restrooms, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other assigned work areas.****Example Duties and Activities***** Cleans and disinfects the furniture and equipment.* Polishes metalwork.* Wipes down walls, ceilings, and woodwork.* Washes windows, door panels, and sills.* Empties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays.* Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.* Replenishes bathroom supplies.* Communicates with Goodwill management and customers when appropriate and as needed.* Transports small equipment or tools between departments.* Sets up tables and chairs in auditoriums or halls.* Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.* Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.* Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.****Required Competencies***** ****Degree and Credential Requirements -**** NONE!
