Job summary

Tessera Janitors provide janitorial services to maintain clean, neat, safe, and professional office spaces in Auburn, WA. This part-time, in-person role is non-exempt and paid at $17.13 per hour, with duties spanning restroom and office cleaning, trash/recycling, and general housekeeping.

Qualifications

• 6+ months previous Custodial or Janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and learn cleaning processes.
• Must be able to tell time and count work hours.
• Ability to communicate with customers professionally is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Office cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe door handles.
• Trash and recycling management according to schedule.
• Restocking supplies daily for bathrooms and kitchens.
• Dusting in common areas and office spaces.
• Maintain professionalism and follow safety procedures.
