Advanced Building Maintenance is seeking a reliable Part-Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of assigned facilities in Redwood City, CA. The role focuses on high-traffic areas, timely cleaning, and adhering to safety procedures.

You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, assist with meeting room setups, and report maintenance needs promptly in a professional, customer-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain established cleanliness and quality standards.

Responsibilities
