Job summary

OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.) at Biosphere 2 in Oracle, AZ is seeking a dependable Night Janitor to clean and maintain restrooms, common areas, and floors after hours. Part-time position with four days a week: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00pm–9:00pm, March through October; holiday work is required.

Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and comfortable walking on varied terrain. A background check and adherence to safety protocols are required.

Qualifications

• Detailed and meticulous cleaning experience is beneficial but not required.
• Must be reliable and attentive to safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to walk on varied terrain (trails, gravel, dirt, small hills).
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Must pass background check and follow safety procedures.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust fixtures and clean glass surfaces.
• Replenish supplies (soap, towels, toilet paper).
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to facilities team.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Position: Night Janitor
Location: 32540 S. Biosphere Rd., Oracle AZ 85623
Type: Part-time, March - October work is required 4 days a week
Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm. This position requires holiday work for all holidays except Christmas.
