Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Part Time Janitor. The role involves performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside client buildings, with flexibility to adjust tasks per client specifications.

Weekly pay and a rate of $17 per hour reflect our commitment to steady, reliable work across commercial facilities. On-the-job training is provided to ensure standards are met.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and objects.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting spaces, corridors and entry areas.
• Empty trash and use compactors for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors with proper cleaners.
• Spot-clean carpets and assist with carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule and routines.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed, such as floor scrubbers and buffers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the scope of work or client needs.
