Intermountain Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Janitor for the Evening Shift at our Price, UT facility. The role supports cleaning of offices and common areas, with responsibilities including disinfecting surfaces and maintaining restrooms.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5pm–9pm, offering competitive pay and benefits as outlined in the job description. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and proven janitorial experience, with the ability to handle cleaning equipment and follow

Responsabilités

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, cleaning surfaces, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean and disinfect office equipment and sanitize high-touch surfaces
• Steam-clean carpets and clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors
• Restrooms cleaning and stocking supplies; move heavy equipment as needed
• Identify and report possible repairs and ensure safety regulations

Position Summary: Responsible for cleaning buildings and keeping office areas clean by performing the following duties.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 5pm - 9pm

Essential Functions - Other Duties May Be Assigned.

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, cleaning surfaces, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean and disinfect office equipment
• Sanitize high touch surfaces
• Steam-clean carpets as needed
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Mix various cleaning agents
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
• Move heavy equipment and furniture
• Identify and report possible repairs
• Stock all toilet paper and paper towel dispensers
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations, understand potential chemical hazards
• Identify and report possible repairs

Other Duties

• Maintains regular and consistent job attendance. Comes to work on time.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven working experience as a Janitor
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
• Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally
• Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations

Work Schedule:

Must be able to work a 40-hour work week and additional time as required.
