Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, cleaning surfaces, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Clean and disinfect office equipment.
• Sanitize high touch surfaces.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Stock all toilet paper and paper towel dispensers.
• Follow health and safety regulations, understand potential chemical hazards.

Position Summary: Responsible for cleaning buildings and keeping office areas clean by performing the following duties.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Friday 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Essential Functions - Other Duties May Be Assigned.

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, cleaning surfaces, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean and disinfect office equipment
• Sanitize high touch surfaces
• Steam-clean carpets as needed
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Mix various cleaning agents
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
• Move heavy equipment and furniture
• Identify and report possible repairs
• Stock all toilet paper and paper towel dispensers
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations, understand potential chemical hazards
• Identify and report possible repairs

Other Duties

• Maintains regular and consistent job attendance. Comes to work on time.
