Job summary

KnitWell Group in Bloomington, IN is hiring a Support Associate to work on both the sales floor and in the stockroom. You will manage inventory, process shipments, move products, and ensure items are stocked and priced to keep the customer experience running smoothly.

You’ll collaborate with store leaders, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. Flexible availability is required (nights, weekends, holidays).

• Merchandise new products on the sales floor promptly.
• Restock products and adjust prices as needed.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience with hospitality.
• Support teamwork and collaboration across the store.
