Job summary

Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring for a Part-Time Inventory Specialist in Lancaster, PA. You will count inventory for major retailers, with occasional travel and carpool support for out-of-territory sites. Training is provided and starting pay is competitive.

We value accuracy, reliability, and customer-service orientation, with schedules based on client needs, including early mornings, nights, and weekends. Experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites. (public or private)

• Travel to assigned inventories; carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles.
• Enter data into handheld scanner and ensure accuracy of stock counts.

Position Requirements:

• 4 – 8 hours on average (we commit to being on site until job completion) of stepping up on step stools, kneeling, standing, and stooping down to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.
• Accuracy is a must. Entering data into a handheld collection device (10-key data entry) accompanied by a handheld scanner.
• Frequent reaching and stretching to view merchandise. (Duration varies based on customer type.)
