Job summary

Fastenal Co. Roanoke is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate to help manage branch inventory and fulfill orders. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, with occasional local deliveries using a company vehicle.

The position offers a flexible schedule after onboarding and performance goals, with a pay range of $15–$20 per hour and a 401(k) plan. Candidates must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a current full valid driver's license with ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
