Job summary

Fastenal's Albemarle, NC branch is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to support daily intake, storage and movement of inventory at 1954 E Main St. This role offers up to 28 hours per week with schedule flexibility after onboarding.

You will handle receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, cycle counting, and may make local deliveries while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and upholding Fastenal's values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
• Work independently and in a team.

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam).
